The VendiSoft Software Triad

VendiSoft consists of three powerful components. The first, Developer, enables the rapid creation of dynamic user interfaces. The second, Deployer OS, is the kiosk operating system comprised of a collection of drivers, services, and applications that ensure that a device is secure, reliable, and that all events and transactions are being logged. The third, Director Server, is a powerful web-based application that centralizes management control over a distributed network.

Secure Network Architecture

VendiSoft’s network architecture, called the WebRaiser Gateway, specifically addresses the needs of the self-service industry. The Gateway is a custom network layer that ensures that all devices are authenticated and communications are encrypted. It is a full-duplex, bidirectional communication system that facilitates instant data acquisition and provides methods to push and pull data. Unlike other technologies currently available, VendiSoft doesn’t require you to wait for a "check-in" or "heartbeat" interval. The Gateway has a built-in processing receipt system. Data being sent to the server from the client will not be deleted from the client until it receives a receipt from the server acknowledging that the data was properly processed. While TCP/IP ensures that data arrives uncorrupted, the WebRaiser Gateway ensures that all data is processed appropriately. VendiSoft is data-driven and offers many options to easily "hop on" to the platform from your front-end or back office applications.
